We had a couple of days filming and chatting to Darren Till ahead of his world title fight in September. Watching him train is brutal. The speed, power and accuracy is scary to behold. Especially for someone as ill equipped for fighting as me. Listening to him talk, he comes across as an intelligent, softly spoken, thoughtful guy. I have a lot of time and respect for the man. He has been through a lot already in his life and career, and I sincerely hope he manages to go on and fulfil all his dreams in the Octagon.
